These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DALTECH website, mobile applications, and related booking and queue management services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Account Registration & Security
To access scheduling and queue features, you must register an account and verify your identity via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Booking & Credits System
To prevent no-shows and coordinate fair queues, DALTECH utilizes a credits system. Providers can set credit requirements for bookings. When you book an appointment, the corresponding credits are locked. If the service is completed or cancelled by the provider, your credits are refunded. Cancellations by customers are subject to the provider's specific cancellation window.
3. Live Queue & Swapping
Our live queue system offers real-time tracking of wait times and queue positions. Customers have the option to request a spot swap with subsequent waiting members in the queue if they need to delay their turn, subject to approval by the other party and platform rules.
4. Provider Terms & Subscriptions
Service providers must maintain accurate business details, locations, services, and operational hours. Providers select from subscription plans (Free, Starter, Business) to unlock queue capacity and credits, payable securely via Chargily (CIB/EDAHABIA) or international processors.
5. Limitation of Liability
DALTECH is a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered by providers, nor for any disputes arising between users.
